消費税の軽減税率導入で良いのか？

消費税を８％から１０％に引き上げるにあたり軽減税率で計算をややこしくして小売業に従事する労働者を困らせようとしていたり、「ポイント還元」とクレジットカードを持っている人しか恩恵がないような仕組みにしようとしたり、本来貧困者、弱者保護に動かなければいけないものが歪んだ形ですすめられている。
　どこかおかしくないのかと思う。健全な資本主義社会は所得の再分配が上手くいかないと経済市場からはみ出す人が増え、結果としてマーケットの縮小を招き世の中のお金の回りをわるくしてしまう。
　マイナンバー制度は何のために導入されたのであろう？国税当局は国民の所得を把握しているはずだ。非課税世帯や、低所得層に申請手続きなしに消費税免除パスを発行するだけで消費税増のネガティブな影響は避けられると思う。申請手続き自体が郵便料金という過大なコストだと思う。　まあ、上から目線の安倍さんには理解できないかも。

ソフトバンクホークス 日本シリーズ優勝おめでとうございます！

ソフトバンクホークスがパリーグ2位からの下剋上日本一荷。対戦成績こそ４勝１敗１分けだが、地力の差はそれほどホークスもカープも大きくなかったと思う。
　ＭＶＰの捕手、甲斐選手の完璧な盗塁阻止がカープの攻撃プランを崩してしまったのが大きかったと思います。
　来シーズンもワクワクするプロ野球であって欲しいものです。

FINE DEFENCE! SWEDEN Foot ball team 日本代表はスウェーデンの守備に学ぶべき

Team Sweden beat Switzerland on the first game of final tournament FIFA WORLD CUP Russia. After getting first goal, Sweden showed fine defence. All field players came back in Sweden zone. They prevented Switzerland score by their best concentration.
 Japan did not show good defence like Sweden after getting second goal. It was the reason that Japan lost the best 8.

サッカー日本代表はワールドカップのベスト８を惜しくものがしてしまった。何が足りなかったのかそれは試合を見た人それぞれに思いがあるでしょう。
　スウェーデン対スイス戦をみて日本に足りないものはスウェーデンが見せた守備力、全選手の守備に対する重要度の認識の差ではないかと思う。日本代表チームは必ずしも守備に関する意識が高い選手ばかりではなかったと思う。「次に進む」という目標を優先するのであれば２－０のところで「勝ち逃げ」を目標にする試合運びの老獪さも必要なのだと思う。

Anyway this is the football ボール回しで時間稼ぎはつまらないけど・・・

Japan foot ball team got ticket for final tournament nevertheless loosing the game vs Poland. For going to final stage, winning the game or drawing were required. Then Colombia leads Senegal on another game. Japan could not loose goal anymore. So Japan was gainnig time in defence zone keeping the ball between Japan player. It was very boring game. I think so. But it is also kind of foot ball. Foot ball involves some unreasonable things like a international politics.  For watching interesting game, blocking information about simultaneous another games is required. Football stadium should be islated.

サッカーのロシアワールドカップで日本チームが決勝トーナメント進出を決めたが、ポーランド戦は大ブーイングを受ける苦渋の戦術選択となった。次のステージに進むために、更に勝ち進むために時として、わざと勝ちに行かない、引き分けを狙うという戦術は昔からあったが現行の大会運営ルールとしては仕方がないのかもしれない。もし暗黙のルールとして古くからサッカーに親しんできた国の文化や価値観から外れているのかもしれないが・・・・

もしかしたら柔道のルーツ国からみたら「それは違う」という手をつかう非ルーツ国の選手に向けられる非難に近いのかもしれない。

勝ち点制度の改正も必要かも、大勝したら５点とか１点差の負けなら１点、引き分けは２点とか・・・・

US should not move The US Embassy to Jerusalem 空気の読めないトランプ大統領

US President Donald Trump announced that The US Enbassy in Israel will be moved to Jerusalem.
The news made Palestine people angry. The middle east diplomatic relations are in a high state of tension again. Successive US administration had avoided moving Embassy to Jerusalem, because there are many religious problem. They noticed it was very difficult to make middle ground. So Successive Us Goverments left the problem on the shelve. Mr. Trump is a man who can't read between the lines.

改憲賛成、反対は設問そのものが雑 行き先不明の列車には乗れません

憲法記念日が過ぎました。安部総理が政権に登場してからしきりに日本国憲法の改正が政権側から主張されてきましたが、マスコミ報道を見聞きすると憲法をどういう方向に替えるのか具体的にはっきり説明しないまま「改憲か護憲か」と世論調査をおこなっているようだが、改憲派の主張もさまざまで各論に入れば本当にばらばらだと思う。調査で９条維持を主張する人達でさえ「こういうところは変えたい」と思うところがあるかもしれない。本来どう変えたいか、今の憲法の問題点はなにか、そこを国民から具体的に引き出す設問があっていいのではと思う。偏った時代錯誤主義の人たちが考える改憲案は行き先不明の交通機関に乗せられるようで恐ろしい。

福岡市博物館 黒田家の甲冑、刀剣展へ Fukuoka city museum

刀剣乱舞ブームの中、福岡市博物館へ黒田家の甲冑、刀剣を見に
行きました。お土産に刀剣羊羹、刀剣形の和菓子ナイフを買ってきました。

We visited Fukuoka city museum to see swords & armors.
As souvenir, we bought Sword Yokan cake and sword shaped sweets picks.

貴乃花親方の理事解任 組織の指揮系統は法律より優先されるのか Executive Takanohana are fired
