ソチでの冬季五輪がはじまります。フィギュアスケートの日本代表争いは厳しいものがあったと思います。高橋か小塚か賛否は分かれるところですが、惜しくも選ばれなかった選手たちのためにもすべてを出し尽くして欲しいと思います。不安な点はイスラム組織のテロです。何もなく大会が成功してくれるといいのですが・・・・ ４０年以上も前ですがミュンヘン五輪でイスラエルの選手がパレスチナゲリラに人質になり、当時の西ドイツの治安部隊の強硬策の結果死亡するという悲劇があったことが思い出されます。１９９０年代にソ連崩壊で東西冷戦構造が消えたのですが、冷戦構造は、宗教、民族紛争を閉じ込めていたパンドラの箱だったのは皮肉なことです。
Sochi 2014 Olympic Games open soon
All Japan Figure skate championship was very hard struggle to be selected as Olympians. TAKAHASHI or KOZUKA, that was very difficult question, I guess many figure skate fan think so. One of uneasy point is action by Islamic terrorist grupe. I hope Sochi 2014 will be peaceful and successful. I remember that more than 40 years ago, Israel Olympians were held in hostage by Palestine guerrilla, they were killed during gun fight between West Germany security troops and terrorist grupe at Munich 1972 Olympic. Around 1990,THE Siviet Union collapsed. The Cold War is over. But it was Pandora's box that was sealing race struggle and religious struggle.
