イスラム国に人質になっていた後藤健二さんが殺害されたと思われる動画が流れたと聞く。
今回の報道で、小泉内閣時代に起きた日本人人質事件を思い出した。自衛隊派遣前にすでに
イラクに入国していた高遠菜穂子さんたち二人の日本人ボランティアが現地の武装組織に拘束された。当時の日本の一般市民のコメントは「自己責任」と冷たいものだった。当時のアメリカのブッシュ政権のコリン・パウエル国務長官だけが彼らの高い志を評価しあたたかいコメントを発表していたのが印象的だった。
そのあとすぐに福岡県出身の香田証生さんがイラクに立ち入ったところを今回のイスラム国の前身にあたるイスラム武装組織に人質にされ「自衛隊の撤退を要求」されていた。当時の小泉純一郎首相はメディア、報道関係者の前で「自衛隊は撤退しない！」と声高に叫び、日を待たずして
香田さんは斬首されて発見された。
なぜこう思ったかと言うと、人質にされた人たちの入国動機には高い志と使命感、一旗あげようとした打算、興味本位とさまざまであるが、悲劇を招いたもうひとつの要素は首相たちの不用意な（あるいは国威を発揚したかった）発言にあると思うのです。
報道によると安倍首相は湯川さん、後藤さんがすでにシリアに入国して戻って来れなくなっていたのをすでに知っていて「２億ドル」の対イスラム国対策の援助金の話をメディアに発表してしまったという。このケースではたとえ援助するとしても外交、安全対策上の機密として取り扱う性質のものではないかという印象を強く持ってしまった。安倍首相自身の「機密漏えい罪」だと思います。
人命がかかっている場面では発言は慎重にすべきものです。安倍さんも、小泉さんも、テロ組織の指導者たちも、世界の軍事大国の指導者たちも、他人様の命を踏み台にして自分の政治的、宗
教的、信条的主張を押し通そうとするのは間違っていると思います。他人様の命を踏み台にしてお金を稼ぐ武器ビジネスなど言語道断です。武器輸出もするべきではありません。
命の重さの捉え方は昭和時代の福田赳夫首相を見習うべきです。テロをなくし世界を平和にしたければすべての人々の教育を充実させ、きちんと読み書きができて、すべての主張は言葉だけで
暴力を使わずにできる人を数多く作り出すことです。貧困をなくすことです。皆が「長生きしたい」と思う世の中を作ることです。日本国は教育、貧困対策で国際貢献を目指すべきです。

宮崎勝之さんのご冥福をお祈りします KATSUYUKI MIYAZAKI bluegrass mandolin player HAD GONE
１月２４日、小倉フォークビレッジへいってきました。今年の初ライブです。終わった後、小野さんから、「宮崎さんが亡くなったの聞きました？」言われ、一瞬どこの宮崎さんと思いました。まさか宮崎勝之さんだったとは・・・・・・。４年以上前ドラム、パーカッションの河野きんちゃん俊二さんとフォークビレッジに来た時、オープニングアクトをさせていただいたのでした。マンドリンの弾き語りというあまり多くないスタイル、楽しませていただきました。手元に歌詞カードにサインをもらった「BATTLE TWO」があります。それにしても早すぎる、若すぎる。今頃坂庭省吾さんとセッションしているのでしょうか？ ご冥福をお祈りします。

ギターケースの取ってがこわれます HANDLE of INSTLEMENT CASE is REMOVED
数年前からギターケースの取っ手が外れてしまうようになりました。最初にギブソンのケースの取っ手が片方だけ切れてケースを取り落してしまいました。取っ手の中に通ってある金属の芯が腐蝕したのか、疲労を起こしたのかでしょうが・・・・・・。 ステンレスの針金を通して自分で修理をしてみました。数年は使えましたが３か月前にその針金が弱って再修理しました。
モーリスの分のケースも取っ手のプラスティックの部分が亀裂を起こして取れてしまいました。
これも同じ方法で修理しましたが、やはり一週間まえに再度取れて、金属部分が摩耗しているので
どうしようかと、考え込んでいます。それからバンジョーケースの取っ手も外れてしまい同じ方法で修理していますが・・・・・。ケースを買い替えるべきか・・・・・、ギグバッグにすべきか、 小遣いに余裕もなくくるしいところです。

Indeed I had often repaired. Few month ago, handle of banjo case was bloken too. I also repaired by myself with stainless wire. It has passed about 30 years since I bought it. I have uneasy feeling to take them to out to live house. I'm thiking to buy new case. It will be hard cace or soft case. I have just few allowance.

２０１４が過ぎていきます Farewell 2014
今年も良いこともあり、悪いこともありの一年でしたが、家族揃ってまたあたらしい年を迎えられるのは幸せなことだと思います。世の中を見まわすと決して安心して、ボーっとしていていい状況ではないのですが。また来年も楽しくライブ活動ができますように。民主的な世の中が一気に封建時代に戻ったなどということになりませんように祈るばかりです。

アベノミクスにちゃぶ台返しを LET'S VOTE AGAINST THE ABENOMICS
12月１４日は衆議院議員選挙です。第二次安倍内閣の政治になりより生活が苦しくなった実感がとても強いのです。なかなか今の日本は弱い立場の人たちの意見が通りにくくなっているのが現状です。どうせ選挙に行っても何にも変わらないとあきらめてしまっていませんか。この頃の選挙は常に半分の人たちが棄権しています。ということは内閣不支持派の人たちにとって伸びしろいっぱいということでしょう。 そして明らかな事実は今の日本はアベノミクスで恩恵を得た裕福な人たちよりも、そうでない貧しい人たちの人数のほうが多いということです。選挙は数の多い方が勝ちというルールです。私も皆勤賞で投票に行くつもりです。庶民一揆を起こしませんか。

On Dec.14th the election of the House of Representatives will held. Since Abe administration started, I feel that there are no advantage for un-rich people.Wages of employee of small company haven't been increased. Only rich people and employee of huge company have accepted big advantage.
In Japan, opinion of poor people can't reflect national policy. In these few year, more than 50% of people didn't vote. It can say that another 50% of people might change our goverment. This is the fact that there are many poor people than rich people. The election rule is "The most people is winner".
Absolutely, I will vote.
